Supplier invoices and receipts are read automatically: supplier, dates, totals, tax and line items. The system checks for duplicates and odd amounts, creates the bill in Xero and asks a person only when something looks wrong.

The problem
The office manager spent every Friday typing invoices into Xero from emails, WhatsApps and crumpled receipts. Duplicates slipped through and site managers forgot to hand in receipts.
What we built
- Gave every site manager one email address and a WhatsApp number to send invoices and receipt photos to.
- AI extracts the details and line items, then checks them against purchase orders and past bills.
- Clean invoices go straight into Xero, coded to the right project.
- Anything unusual, like a new supplier or a big jump in price, waits for a quick human approval.
