1. Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use imagiax.com, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we treat accessibility problems as bugs to fix, not extras.
2. What we have done
- Pages use meaningful headings, landmarks and labels, so screen readers can find their way.
- The site can be used with a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus outline.
- Animation follows your device’s “reduce motion” setting, and the Motion button on every page turns animation off. With it off, every section shows its finished state.
- Our film has captions built in, and its full script is on the page.
- Forms have visible labels and clear error messages.
- Text can be enlarged with browser zoom, and layouts adapt down to small phone screens.
3. Known limitations
We’re still working on a few things:
- The example websites in our showcase are design concepts. They are built with accessibility in mind but may not meet every guideline.
- Some animated illustrations convey ideas visually; the text around them describes the same thing.
- Some screens in the client portal are older and are being improved.
- Pages run by others, such as Stripe’s payment pages and WhatsApp, follow their own accessibility standards.
4. Getting help or reporting a problem
If anything on our site is hard to use, or you need information in a different format, email privacy@imagiax.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will help you get what you need (by email, phone or another format) and aim to reply within 5 business days.
5. Contact
Email privacy@imagiax.com. You can also reach us through the project form on our homepage or on WhatsApp. We read every message and reply as soon as we can, and always within the time limits the law sets.
