When someone leaves coffee in their basket, a friendly reminder follows an hour later with the exact items. After delivery, customers are asked how it went: happy customers are guided to leave a review, unhappy ones go straight to a person.

The problem
Lots of baskets were abandoned at checkout and reviews only trickled in. When a customer did have a problem, it surfaced as a public one-star review.
What we built
- Timed one reminder, in the shop’s voice, with the exact items and a one-tap return to checkout.
- Waited until a week after delivery to ask for feedback, when the coffee has actually been brewed.
- Routed low scores to a person privately, before anything is posted publicly.
- Stopped every message automatically once someone buys or replies.
