The problem
The team checked four different tools every morning. They wanted one place to see what sold, what’s stuck and what needs a human today.
What we built
- Started from the three questions the team asks every morning, and put the answers above the fold.
- Designed charts to be read in a glance: one idea per chart, clear labels, no clutter.
- Made the orders table searchable and filterable, with status colours that also work for colour-blind users.
- Added a view of the shop’s automations, so the team can see what ran and pause anything.
