The problem
Customer questions arrived on WhatsApp, email and Instagram, while the team talked somewhere else. Replies were slow and things got lost between tools.
What we built
- Put team channels and customer conversations side by side, so nothing needs copying between apps.
- Kept the interface quiet: one accent colour, clear unread states and generous spacing.
- Added an assistant that suggests a reply, which a person always reviews before sending.
- Designed the phone layout first: list, then conversation, with a clear way back.
