The problem
Every new client meant a dozen small admin jobs across five tools. Things were forgotten, and clients waited days to hear what happens next.
What we built
- Mapped the studio’s onboarding into clear steps, and decided which ones truly need a person.
- Contract, invoice and reminders are sent from templates the studio controls.
- Payment triggers the project setup: workspace, shared folder and task list.
- The client books their own kickoff call and receives a welcome pack the same day.
