The problem
Calls after 6pm and during busy mornings went to voicemail, and most people never left one. New patients simply rang the next clinic on the list.
What we built
- Wrote the receptionist’s script with the clinic, in their tone, answering only from their own FAQ.
- Connected it to the real diary so it can only offer genuine free slots.
- Every call ends with an SMS confirmation and a reschedule link.
- Anything unusual, like pain or an emergency, is flagged for a person first thing.
